Method
1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave peas until tender; drain, reserving ½ cup cooking liquid.
3.To make pea pesto, blend or process peas, reserved cooking liquid, mint, nuts and juice until mixture is smooth.
4.Combine hot pasta, pea pesto and salmon in large bowl; season to taste. Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves.
