Method
1.In a medium saucepan, combine cream and sugar and bring to the boil.
2.Remove from the heat, stir in the chocolate and brandy, continue stirring until melted; cool slightly.
3.Place the ice-cream scoops into glasses, top with the marshmallows and chocolate sauce; sprinkle with the peanuts.
The chocolate sauce can be made several hours ahead.
