Ham and egg frittata

A simple frittata makes an easy, light dinner with a green salad and crusty bread on the side.

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 160°C (140°C fan-forced). Lightly oil 20cm x 30cm lamington pan.
2.Heat oil in medium frying pan; cook onions and garlic, stirring, until onion softens. Cool 5 minutes.
3.Combine onion mixture in large bowl with ham, eggs, cream, cheese and basil; pour mixture into pan. Bake about 30 minutes or until set.
