Method
1.Place ice-cream in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 30 seconds or until just softened, stir in rocky road. Freeze 10 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, stir chocolate and cream in small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
3.Serve scoops of rocky road ice-cream drizzled with warm chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with extra rocky road to serve.
If you can’t find rocky road confectionery, use a tub of chocolate rocky road ice-cream instead.
