Method

1.Combine ingredients in jug of a blender; blend on high speed until well combined.

2.Pour into chilled sugar-rimmed 150ml cocktail glass.

We rimmed the cocktail glass with pink sugar; simply add a drop of red food colouring to sugar and mix well.
