Method
1.Combine muesli, juice, yoghurt, dried peach, honey and milk in a large bowl. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
2.Stir pear into muesli mixture; serve topped with peach wedges and sprinkled with coconut.
Start this recipe the evening before as it needs to be refrigerated overnight. Store muesli, covered, in the fridge for up to 2 days. If peaches or pears are out of season use the canned variety.
