Method

1.Cook mince in heated oiled large frying pan, stirring, until browned. Add chillies and seasoning mix, cook, stirring, until fragrant.
2.Add undrained tomatoes and ½ cup (125ml) water, bring to the boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Add beans, simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in coriander.
3.Chilli con carne is delicious served with warm corn tortillas and sour cream.
