Method
1.Halve corn, drop into small saucepan of boiling water, drain. Combine corn in large bowl with asian greens and red capsicum.
2.Char-grill tofu until golden, add to salad. Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Toast sesame seeds in a small frying pan, over medium heat, shaking pan occasionally, until golden and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
