Step 1
Crack your eggs in to a bowl and whisk them vigorously
Step 2
Dice up 1 large clove of garlic
Step 3
Chop the ends of a green onion
Step 4
Heat a pan to medium heat and add the tablespoon of butter until it is melted
Step 5
Add in your gochujang and use a wooden spoon to mix it in with the melted butter
Step 6
Add minced garlic and saute with the gochujang and butter until fragrant
Step 7
Lower heat slightly – and slowly add in your eggs to the mixture and stir gently to scramble and mix in the gochujang garlic butter mixture with the eggs
Step 8
Once eggs are at a consistency of your liking – garnish with green onions and enjoy
