Natural sliced almonds are flaked almonds with the skin on. Use regular blanched flaked almonds if unavailable.
This recipe is easily halved to serve 3-4 people. This sauce is also delicious with cauliflower and broccolini.

1.Boil, steam or microwave brussels sprouts until almost tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, place cream and garlic in a small saucepan; simmer over medium heat until reduced by half. Season to taste.
3.Serve brussels sprouts drizzled with cream mixture and sprinkled with almonds.
