45 millilitre vodka

30 millilitre triple sec

60 millilitre watermelon juice, chilled

20 millilitre lime juice

Method

1.Place ice cubes, vodka, triple sec, watermelon juice and lime juice in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously.

2.Strain into a chilled 230ml martini glass. Garnish with watermelon wedges and lime peel.
