30 millilitre fresh lime juice

30 millilitre cointreau

1 cup ice cubes

1 slice lemon, to garnish

Method

1.Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

2.Shake vigorously; strain into a salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with a slice of a lemon

You can use triple sec or white curacao instead of Cointreau, if you prefer.
