2 teaspoon orange rind, finely grated

Method

1.Place vodka, limoncello and half the rind in a cocktail shaker with 1 cup ice cubes, shake vigorously.

2.Place sorbet in chilled glass, strain limoncello mixture over sorbet. Sprinkle with remain in grind.

Citron vodka is a lemon and lime flavoured vodka that contains small amounts of lemon peel. Limoncello is a popular after-dinner drink in Italy, and is usually served ice cold. It is sweet and lemony, but not sour.
