Classic caipiroska

The caipiroska is a classic cocktail made with vodka, sugar and muddled lime. Great for a hot summers day.

Ingredients

1 lime, cut into 8 wedges

2 teaspoon caster sugar

45 millilitre vodka

1/2 cup crushed ice

260 millilitre old-fashioned glass.

Method

1.Using muddler, crush lime wedges with sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka and ice; shake vigorously. Pour into an old-fashioned glass.
