Method
1.To make fresh strawberry juice: Blend or process 250g fresh strawberries, then push through a fine sieve.
2.Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously then strain into chilled sugar-rimmed glass. Garnish with a twist of orange rind.
We used canned passionfruit in syrup, available from supermarkets. We rimmed the cocktail glass with pink sugar; simply add a drop of red food colouring to sugar and mix well.
