Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook steaks 3-4 minutes each side, or until browned. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper during cooking. Remove from pan; cover, keep warm.
2.Add butter to pan; cook both mushrooms, stirring, until soft. Add garlic and thyme; cook, stirring, until fragrant.
3.Add wine to the pan; bring to the boil. Add stock. Boil, uncovered, about 3 minutes or until the sauce has been reduced by half.
4.Boil, steam or microwave broccolini until just tender; drain. Serve steaks with mushroom sauce and broccolini.
