Method
1.Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Heat a saucepan of simmering water, then place a stainless steel bowl over the top and add chocolate. Stir until melted.
2.In a large bowl, mix the other ingredients together then pour over the melted chocolate.
3.Put the mixture into the trays and press down gently. Refrigerate until set, then cut into slab.
