Passionfruit butter biscuits

Put the kettle on and enjoy a sweet, golden passionfruit butter biscuit with your cup of coffee as a relaxing morning tea.

Ingredients

Method

1.Combine butter, sugar and flours in large bowl of food processor; process 2 minutes or until mixture is combined. Add passionfruit; process until mixture clings together.
2.Transfer mixture to lightly floured surface and knead gently until smooth. Cut mixture in half, roll each half into a 26cm log and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour.
3.Preheat oven to 160°C.
4.Cut logs into 1cm slices. Place slices about 3cm apart on lightly greased oven trays. Bake about 20 minutes or until pale golden colour. Cool on wire rack.

Recipe can be made a week ahead.
