This lemon slice is another one of our traditional treats that invokes memories of sharing tea and a treat with Grandma. The classic treat perfectly balances sweet and tart, creating a wonderfully creamy and flavoursome lemon slice.
It’s not only incredibly simple to make, it’s sweet and zesty, for a welcome treat that’s a great pick-me-up when you hit that mid-afternoon slump.
