Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken; 2 tablespoon finely chopped pecans; 4 green onions, thinly sliced; 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise; 1/2 celery stalk, trimmed, finely chopped; 6 slice wholemeal bread; 60 gram rocket

60 gram rocket

Method

1.In a medium bowl, combine chicken, pecans, green onions, mayonnaise and celery. Season. Divide chicken mixture between 3 slices of wholemeal bread; top with rocket. Top with another 3 slices of wholemeal bread.
