Can you freeze fritters?

Generally, yes! Keen to prep some make-ahead meals to make work or school days a little easier? Make a double or triple batch of your favourite vegetable fritters then freeze them.

Allow fritters to cool, then place a piece of baking paper between them so they don’t stick together. Freeze fritters in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Defrost in the fridge and reheat in a frying pan or air fryer, or enjoy them cold with a fresh salad or in a sandwich or wrap.
