Planning tips

Organise and consolidate the space in your fridge in the lead up to Christmas to allow for plenty of room. Vegetables such as onions, pumpkin, potatoes, garlic, tomatoes, avocado and stone fruit are all best stored at room temperature and herbs can be picked and lettuces trimmed and washed to free-up space.

Prep like a pro, doing as much of the meal as possible the day before. Take note of any ‘do-ahead’ guides on our recipes. You can often prep some Christmas side dish ingredients the day before.
