1.Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange, alternately, on a serving plate so that they overlap slightly.
2.Arrange small fresh basil leaves on top. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper.
3.Drizzle with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil and serve.
