Method
1.Combine plums, honey and soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and cardamom in medium saucepan.
2.Bring to the boil, simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes; cool then blend or process until smooth. Season to taste.
3.Cut chicken breast fillets into cubes; thread onto 12 skewers. Cook skewers on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan), basting occasionally with some of the plum sauce. Serve skewers with remaining sauce.
