Method

1.Combine ingredients in jug of a blender; blend on high speed until well combined, pour into glass.
2.Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a straw

We used Monin coconut syrup for this cocktail, available from delicatessens and liquor shops. Glass – 180ml brandy balloon
